I have never been able to finding that gave a close shave. around my neck. I am pleased to document that the Phillips Norelco 1160cc/42 SensoTouch 2d Electric Shaver is an exception to this rule. I have been using the shaver for weeks now and each successive shave has been better than the earlier. I am now able to claim that the shaver shaves and a blade but without scraping my skin as blades do, thus my skin is not rough. The shaver is comfortable and, by varying the angle of the shaver, I have been able to get all of my neck shaved as well as my cheeks and chin. The included trimmer is simple to attach and is useful for trimming side burns. Also included with the shaver is a cleaning process which keeps the shaver fit for use.
