To make Norelco Shavers look like the head produce quick shave, they have reduced the area of ??the outer ring to make room for two additional cutter ring inside the outer ring. Problem? The inner rings slower surface speed than the older, larger area, the outer ring. So, you actually have less large area of ??the cutter speed at the inner rings eventually pulling your beard when you're trying to shave as fast as the old Lift-Cut blade.
